Emily P. Clark

Emily Clark is a real estate executive and strategic leader with more than two decades of experience building, scaling, and leading residential real estate organizations through periods of growth, market change, and industry transformation.

She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pepper Viner Homes and Executive Vice President of Residential Development at Bourn Companies in Tucson, Arizona, where she oversees the strategy, development, and operational execution of the company’s residential portfolio. In this role, Emily leads the planning and delivery of residential communities and urban infill developments that are designed to meet the evolving needs of modern homebuyers while contributing to the broader vision of Bourn’s mixed-use and community-focused projects.

Emily’s leadership focuses on aligning development strategy with real-time market demand, building high-performing teams, and creating operational frameworks that allow organizations to scale effectively. She works closely with cross-functional teams across development, construction, marketing, sales, and finance to ensure projects are delivered with strong financial performance and long-term community impact.

Prior to joining Bourn Companies, Emily served as President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties, where she led a brokerage network of more than 1,000 agents across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. During her tenure, the firm consistently ranked among the region’s top brokerages and was responsible for more than $3 billion in annual residential sales volume. In that role, she focused on brokerage profitability, agent development, market expansion, and building a strong culture of leadership within the organization.

Throughout her career, Emily has been deeply involved in the broader real estate industry. She has served in numerous leadership positions within Realtor® organizations at the local and state level, including President of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® and Regional Vice President for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Executive Committee. She has also contributed to statewide policy discussions and served on the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Forms Committee, helping guide compliance and consumer protection during significant national policy changes.
